Henry Hoani has been involved with music for many years. Henry is currently the 'Music Workshop's' stage manager for large events. He began his sound career as a musician and sound engineer for his brother’s band, over twenty years ago.
Henry is a family man and also father to Nathan, our youngest member. He also plays bass, guitar, and is a vocalist for local Kerikeri band "COCO". |

Des brown has been a part time sound engineer for the Music Workshop for many years and has been in the industry his entire life. As well as being a great musician he has had opportunities that have taken him and his music around the world, thus bringing a wealth of overseas experience and expertise with him. |

Max Cockrane is a part time sound engineer for the music workshop and has over 20 years experience in the music industry.
Well known in the local community, both as a music teacher and Band Master of the Piriwiritua Brass Band, Max's passion for music makes him a pleasure to work with.
In his spare moments, Max enjoys spending time in the company of his family and friends. |

Son of Tony, Brad has been involved with the Music Workshop since its mere existence. He is a hard working young man full of energy and is constantly showing great potential in the industry.
Brad enjoys working with his dad and loves a good challenge in his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar, being out on the water and spending time with his family and friends. |

Ivan Hoani has been in the music industry for over 20 years. As a sound engineer he has worked with top artists and has also inspired many young artists through his teaching, most recently with the Bay of Islands College Gateway programme.
Ivan has been involved in the Music Workshop since its inception.
Ivan is a mean bass player and vocalist. As well as being Tony's best mate, Ivan and Tony have been playing music together since their teenage years. |
